Service Instruction FAQ

  • Paysable has set frequently asked questions (FAQs) to give faster answers to customers' questions.
  • If you cannot find answers from FAQ, please contact customer service center. We're ready to help you.
  • For customers who have delays in transactions due to self-verification problems, please refer to contents on self verification for service usage first.
To increase your account limit, please upload one of the following documents:

1. Scanned image of Bank/Credit Card statement which includes your Paysable transactions.

2. Scanned copy of a posted bill (such as phone bill or utility bill) that has your name and address on it. (NOTE: The name and address must match what is registered to your PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.)

Please note that PayPal statements cannot be used for increasing your limit since the proof document is required by PayPal themselves.
If you enter the wrong security answer more than 5 times, the password initialization will be disabled for security reasons. If you experience any inconvenience due to the disabled password initialization, please contact our customer services with the following information.
1. Your ID
2. Name registered on Paysable.
3. Recently used Paypal ID.
4. Your birth date.
5. A copy of ID card which can actually identify you or an answer for the questions from the customer center.
If you contact customer services with valid information, our management team will check and clear the password initialization restriction.
For safe transaction, login is restricted if you fail to log in with the correct information for more than 5 times. If you are experiencing any inconvenience, please contact our customer service with the following information.
1. Your ID and name registered on Paysable.
2. Recently used Paypal ID.
3. Your birth date.
When you contact customer service with the correct information our management team will check and clear the restriction.
To delete your account, please contact our customer service center.

Please note that your transaction records will be kept for five years in accordance with the Korean laws on e-commerce.
