  • Paysable has set frequently asked questions (FAQs) to give faster answers to customers' questions.

  • For customers who have delays in transactions due to self-verification problems, please refer to contents on self verification for service usage first.

In principle, online coupons cannot be refunded because they are provided through electronic delivery.

However, if it is impossible to use since there is an issue with the online coupon, we can refund it after checking whether you used it.

Please note that the transaction may be delayed due to the verification process in the following cases.

- Change the PayPal account.

- Use more than one Payable/PayPal account (ID)

(We recommend you use only one Paysable/PayPal account per person.)

- Korean banks go under system maintenance during 23:30 - 01:00 KST, so please avoid that time when you make an auto purchase transaction.

Purchase forwarding provides these services:

1. Giftcard purchase: This service allows you to purchase Korean online gift cards cheaper.

2. Manual purchase: If ordering is difficult or websites do not support auto purchase, we complete your order manually.

3. Auto purchase: If you can order by yourself, submit the order information at auto purchase to complete your order automatically.

A virtual account is an account established for wire transfer in some shopping malls / online game webs. In the following cases, a virtual account may not be successfully working or be verified :
1. If the amount you put is wrong
2. If remitter's name is wrong
3. If the payment deadline has passed
4. If there is a system error in using a virtual account (from the web)
5. If it is bank inspection time

If there is a problem in using a virtual account for reasons other than the above, it can mostly be solved by establishing a new virtual account from another bank.

In the case of an Auto Purchase Service, the person who made the payment is responsible for the result of the payment agency transaction excluding the seller's identity verification and system error, so please be careful not to cause any unpleasant things.

When trading between individuals, you must check the following!

1. Physical direct transaction is not possible, so make sure to use a safe payment system.

2. Be sure to check the seller's identity and contact information, and if they are suspicious of the behavior or refuse to pay safely, make sure to request a copy of the bankbook for the seller to receive the deposit.

4. When using the safe payment system, make sure to check the site's regulations and note that most of the time, when the seller requests payment to his or her account in the safe payment system, it is a fraudulent transaction.

The membership withdrawal will proceed within 24 hours after you request the membership withdrawal through the customer center. Your personal information is deleted within 24 hours; however, please understand that the transaction history will be maintained for five years under the Electronic Transaction Act.

Reception of the e-mail can be restricted due to the policy of the e-mail service provider.

If you didn't receive a verification email, please inform us as a customer center.

For safe transactions, login is restricted if you fail to log in more than 5 times. If you are experiencing any inconvenience, please contact our customer service with the following information.

1. Your name registered on Paysable.

2. Recently used Paypal ID.

3. Your birth date.

4. A copy of your photo ID

When you contact customer service with the correct information, our management team will check and clear the restriction.

Though all the transactions are indicated as USD, the payment is made based on the actual currency you use if you use Paypal. For instance, if the bank account or credit card registered on Paypal use CAD as its currency, CAD applicable to USD will be paid.

1. Payment Agency Service

: This service assists you in making a payment in real time. 

- Order the items yourself on the Korean website, SNS seller, etc.

- Choose Bank Transfer (without bankbook) or Virtual Account as payment method.

When you have trouble purchasing items through a credit/debit card on Korean Online Shop, you can select "Bank transfer/deposit without bankbook(무통장입금)" or “Virtual Account(가상계좌)” as a payment method.

2. Purchase Agency Service

1) Gift Card

: You can purchase an online coupon that can use on the Korean website. 

ex) Culture Land Gift Card (Moonhwa Gift Card), Happy Money Online Gift Card, Nexon Play Card, Teencash, Eggmoney, etc.

2) Manual Purchase

: This service assists your purchase/order from beginning to end.

*Just provide us with detailed information about the items. Then, we purchase the items on behalf of you.

3. Delivery Agency Service

We offer a free storage period for a year for each package, and we merge your packages and deliver them at a reasonable price.

*Verification Procedure

A verification process is required if you use our service for the first time. After completing the verification process, your transaction will be automatically processed in real time without additional verification. 

- Verification document: a copy of a valid photo ID such as a Passport, driver's license, etc.

*Photo/Date of Birth/Your name should be shown clearly.

- If you do not submit the document, you cannot use our service freely.


- We recommend you use only one Paysable account per person.

- Your transactions could be delayed if you use multiple Paysable/PayPal accounts.
