Please be advised that the disposal date has been extended in connection with our warehouse storage policy. The notice below only applies to Merged packages, and the storage policy on imported packages is the same as before.

Dispose of merged packages exceeding 3 months from the date of updating the delivery fee since June 7, 2023

-Change in Disposal Date:
Starting April 1, 2024, items with unpaid statuses exceeding 3 months from the shipping fee calculation date will be disposed of.
-Items Subject for Disposal:
The merged packages exceeding 3 months from the date of updating the delivery fee.

After April 1, 2024, items that have exceeded 3 months from the shipping fee calculation date without a separate notice will be automatically discarded. We will send you notifications via email one month and one week before the disposal date so that you can be informed of the disposal date.
After the advance notice, if payment of shipping fees and shipment are not completed within 3 months from the calculation date, the items will be disposed of.
Please contact the customer service center if you need to extend the deadline after April 1, 2024.
We would like to emphasize once again that this policy applies only to items in the waiting state for shipping fee.
Please carefully review the updated policy to avoid any inconvenience.
