We would like to once again inform you about the storage period and disposal policy implemented since July 2023. Please pay close attention to the notices to avoid any inconvenience.
※Storage Period:
Imported Package: 1 year from the date of arrival
Merged Package(Delivery order): 90 days from the date of delivery fee update
※The disposal schedule is as follows:
[1] April 1, 2024 (KST): Disposal of packages and consolidated shipping items from 2018 to 2020 without payment
*Subject to disposal have been notified via customer’s email. If you do not make a delivery request or payment until March 31st, disposal will proceed without exception.
[2] June 8, 2024 (KST)
2-1. Imported package: 2021, 2022 to June 7, 2023
2-2. Merged Package: 2021, 2022 to March 7, 2024
[3] Policy Effective Dates:
Imported package: From June 8, 2023 ~
Merged Package: From March 8, 2024 ~
Through UI enhancements, you will be able to confirm Expiry dates in your list, and we will send separate reminders via email before the disposal dates.
