We would like to share an important update from DHL regarding shipments to the United States exceeding USD 800 in declared value:

Effective Date: Starting Monday, April 28, 2025

Details:

Shipments over USD 800 and up to USD 2,500: Delivery to individual recipients (B2C) is resumed.
Shipments under USD 800: No change, continues as usual.

According to DHL, the U.S. government has reintroduced the Informal Entry process for shipments valued between USD 800 and USD 2,500.

Following this update, DHL Express has lifted the previous suspension and resumed normal operations.

Please note that shipments exceeding USD 2,500 may still require separate customs procedures according to U.S. regulations.
