• If customs duties/taxes are imposed, a payment URL will be sent to the recipient’s mobile phone or email.
• Once the recipient completes the payment via the URL, delivery will resume on the next schedule.
• Please ensure that accurate recipient contact details and email addresses are entered when placing your delivery request.
• If payment is delayed, delivery may be held. If unpaid within 10 days, the package will be automatically returned.
• Please note that even if returned, the assessed customs duties will not be canceled, and return shipping costs will also be charged.

Recently, due to updated U.S. customs regulations, the number of shipments subject to duties has increased.

Please take extra care to avoid any disadvantages caused by unpaid customs fees.
