Dear Customer,

If you are using the Paysable service for the first time, you have to verify your account with a Photo ID which includes your name, date of birth, and your photo.

Any transaction which has been made by unverified Paysable account will be in pending status and it will be automatically released after the account verification.

Though all of the transactions made in Paysable are indicated by USD, the checkout are made based on the actual currency you use if you use Paypal.
For instance, if the bank account or credit card registered on Paypal use CAD as its currency, CAD applicable to USD will be paid.
If you enter the wrong security answer more than 5 times, the password initialization will be disabled for security reasons. If you experience any inconvenience due to the disabled password initialization, please contact our customer services with the following information.
1. Your ID
2. Name registered on Paysable.
3. Recently used Paypal ID.
4. Your birth date.
5. A copy of ID card which can actually identify you or an answer for the questions from the customer center.
If you contact customer services with valid information, our management team will check and clear the password initialization restriction.
For safe transaction, login is restricted if you fail to log in with the correct information for more than 5 times. If you are experiencing any inconvenience, please contact our customer service with the following information.
1. Your ID and name registered on Paysable.
2. Recently used Paypal ID.
3. Your birth date.
When you contact customer service with the correct information our management team will check and clear the restriction.
Reception of the e-mail can be restricted due to the policy of e-mail service provider. Especially, e-mail reception may not work via ‘Nate’ mail. Please use other e-mail services or let the customer center know about the problem.
You can process to Paypal verification process by logging into Paypal. After logging in, just click on the "Get verified" button to complete your verification process.
You can use this verification method to either confirm your credit card and/or bank account you registered on Paypal.
Notice: Customers whom have already completed the verification method can increase their spending limit level by completing one transaction and/or completing the confirmation process on Paypal.
Occasionally, Paypal checkout won’t work due to Paypal internal policy.
1. Lack of deposits of the credit card or debit card.
2. When an accident payment is reported.
3. When the transaction deals with more amount of money than Paypal limit.
4. When a hazardous activity is detected according to PayPal internal policy
In these cases, please contact Paypal customer center and inquire for details of the reason.
Problem can be fixed if you submit data that Paypal requires.
Deleting account will be done in 24 hours after you require to delete your account to the customer center. E-mail, contact, name and related information and PayPal information will be deleted as you delete your account. Though, please understand that your records of transaction will remain for 5 years due to Korea electronic commercial law. Remaining deposits will be refunded to Paypal you used for payment after your account is completely deleted.
There are 2 ways to sign up for Paypal.
1. Click on ‘Sign up’ button on the Paypal main page. ( For payment, you should register credit card, or debit card, or other means of payment after you sign up. )
2. Select an option ‘Sign up for Paypal for faster future checkout’ to sign up simultaneously when you make payment on Paypal.

If it’s hard to sign up for Paypal or you don’t have any means of online payment, you can use Western Union to make a payment.
Though it has some inconvenience that you’ll have to visit one of the Western Union branch, there is no extra procedure for sign-up. We suggest it when you use large amount of money since you can deposit your money by daily exchange rate.
