Virtual account is an account established for wire transfer in some shopping malls / online game webs. In following cases, virtual account may not be successfully working or be verified :
1. If the amount to be paid and amount paid are different
2. If remitter’s name is wrong
3. If payment deadline has passed
4. If there is a system error in using virtual account (from web)
5. If it is bank inspection time
If there is a problem in using virutal account due to reasons other than above, mostly it can be solved by establishing new virtual account from other banks.
Payment forwarding uses deposits charged in advance. So we suggest this method for users who frequently use payment forwarding. Users do not have to use Paypal to pay inconveniently every single time. (However, please note that forwarding commission will be deducted from deposits).
If you use paypal for payment forwarding, you have to pay via Paypal every time. Thus, for users who need to use payment forwarding suddenly (not frequently), we suggest to charge deposits in advance.
