  • Paysable has set frequently asked questions (FAQs) to give faster answers to customers' questions.
  • If you cannot find answers from FAQ, please contact customer service center. We're ready to help you.
  • For customers who have delays in transactions due to self-verification problems, please refer to contents on self verification for service usage first.
If you have problem due to monthly limits, you can submit transaction statement data and request for initialization. Possible data are same as below:
Bank/Credit card statement that shows Paysable transaction details
(You can download PDF files of statements from bank/credit card company or scan files of issued documents of statement)
In order to provide safe online payment service, Paysable is strongly restricting to use several Paypal account / share account / use other’s accounts.
However, if users use previously used account, use other’s account or use paypal accounts that was previously used in Paysable,
it will change to identification stand by mode automatically.
All transactions done will go under consideration status and Paysable management team will have to check for the details.
If account has changed to stand by mode suddenly, please inquire customer center for explanations and follow management team’s guide.
Users can submit these data for identification or increasing limits:
1. Identification Data image (authorized by nation, photograph included data such as passport, driver’s license, ID card/citizen card, student card, etc) or scan files
2. Statement issued from Bank or credit card company that shows Paysable transactions
3. Scan file or image of postal mails or invoice that shows name and address of the remitter
For identification, please upload following data in the Register Menu.
Identification – ID cards of Paypal account holder (Photograph or scan file of ID cards authorized by the nation)
If photograph included in ID card or any information is hidden, registration will not continue. Please take note of it.
Moreover, if customer name registered in Paypal is not same as the one registered in Paysable, we may request for both users’ ID card.
Membership period and submitted transaction data will be reflected in user limits.

Generally, Paysable limit policy is same as following (it may be different based on customer’s grade):
- Deposit limit: minimum 5 USD ~ 500 USD
- Payment and purchase forwarding limit: minimum 1,000 won ~ 500,000 won
