DO NOT USE THIS SERVICEI have been waiting for a shipping quote since August. It’s now November. Almost 4 months and they refuse to respond to my customer service inquiries. I message everywhere I can and they ignore me. They are selective with who they respond to. Do not waste your time with them. I understand being slow because of covid but it has been months and they refuse to answer. I just want my items.Note: I meant to rate 1 star on my last review.

I bought Line Friends item using purchasing service. It was okay. But, the delivery service, WHERE IS MY LINE FRIENDS BOX?! WHY DID YOU TAKE OUT THE BOX AND PLACE IT TO ANOTHER BOX? I didn’t ask for consol, in fact my item is only one! I sent tripple times to your customer service why you consol my item, but all have been ignored.This is my last time using paysable. I am so not gonna recommend using your service to my friend. Please improve your service otherwise you gonna lose your customer.
I've been using Paysable since last year and service was great. Now shipping quotes and package merging have been SO SLOW. Customer Service doesn't reply as promptly as before. I hope you go back to your proper operations and good service. It's very stressful for all of the customers. Hoping for the best and for the improvement.
I had to file a Paypal claim because I paid them for a manual purchase (over $150) which they failed to complete in a timely manner so I sent an inquiry asking to process transaction or that I would file Paypal claim. They did not respond or complete transaction so I filed the PP claim upon which they refunded my money. Then, without any explanation, they downgraded my account to Blocked Account. Not to mention, ignoring my several inquiries to merge packages instead of charging a separate fee for each package.
I´m using this service since the beginning of july. I´m really sad what happend. i don´t get that often a response to any thing that i asked in the cs and if i get an answer i didn´t need it anymore. THE MOST THING THAT I´M UPSET IS THAT I GOT MY PARCEL LAST WEEK AND I´M MISSING A SIGNED ALBUM WHICH SHOULD BE IN THE PARCEL BY THE LIST. IT´s URGENT FOR ME BECAUSE IT MEANS A LOT TO ME AND I DON´T GET ANY ANSWER FROM THE CS. Do you know how much trust I give you to take care of my stuff? I´m scared that I don´t get it which means I loss a signed album from my ultigroup Nr. 1. Get your shit together and work out how you can provide a good system for your customers. And also why is the shipping quote so high in the last few months? Talk to the carrier because only of covid-19 most of us are taking this serivce and I´m considering to quite this after the last stuff is on the way to me.
I was using Paysable for almost more than a year and they were very helpful and fast, but now the shipping quotes are extremly slow their customer service is not helping at all doesnt answer anything or is very slow, you have to improve your services since there is a lot of people who is using this service and the services now are very poor im so sad about this I request my shipping fee since begginig of month and Im still waiting an answer, very bad service
I really love the paysable service since it's convenient and very easy to use! The only downfall I would say is the limit of transfers. I wish I could transfer more but I can't.
