  • Can I change the email address?
    Account

    You cannot change your email since your Paysable ID is the same as your email address.

    In addition, according to the service policy, it is not allowed to sign up for Paysable using the same email or to make more than 2 Paysable accounts. 

  • I failed to login 5 times
    Account

    For safe transactions, login is restricted if you fail to log in more than 5 times. 

    If you are experiencing any inconvenience, please contact our Customer Service with the following information.


    1. Your name registered on Paysable.

    2. Recently used Paypal ID.

    3. Your birth date.


    When you contact Customer Service with the correct information, our management team will check and clear the restriction.

  • I want to withdraw of membership
    Account

    The membership withdrawal will proceed within 24 hours from your withdrawal request through the customer center.

    The remaining deposits in your account will be refunded to your PayPal account in use.

    Your personal information is deleted within 24 hours; however, please understand that the transaction history will be maintained for five years under the Electronic Transaction Act.
