Very easy to use interface! Auto Purchase is very easy to use! Manual Purchase is very easy to use also, and is very quick! Package merging and delivery quote service is fairly quick, and ships very quickly! My items are always packaged well, and I haven't had anything damaged in transit so far!

I am using paysable for almost 1 year now. And know that I am a happy customer. Thanks a ton for sending my package so well packed and safe.

I've been using pasysable for almost a year without any issue.

But rn I really need to get in touch with customer support regarding a package that wasn't registered. However, I keep getting an error message and after trying for 2 days, I have been waiting for my email I sent regarding this to be answered. I wish there were other ways to reach someone when the inquiry doesn't work. Or give alternate ways for contact.

It really drives one anxious.

Very first time for me that I use this kind of services so I was a bit anxious!
I requested several manual purchases and they all went so smoothly :)
I received many packages to my private shipping address.

Then, I asked for the forwarding delivery service and obtained the shipping fees estimatins within 10 business days. I am not in a rush so it is ok for me.

The package arrived to me in France so well packed !

Constant problems with the account, do not confirm the account, if the name is written in another language, very long replies from support. For some reason, the money is returned to the site's account and cannot be used for payment, and you can withdraw money to the PayPal account only through support, the name also needs to be changed through support. It is very uncomfortable. Also, the fees are quite high.

I started using paysable when the company started last year. It was a new proxy service and I was very nervous. But the system paysable offers is so helpful. Firstly, the website is very easy to navigate which is important to look at. Communication between paysable staff is 10/10. They answer my emails as soon as possible. Lately they improved their manual purchase, and I used that service twice. I was able to receive my items quickly. When its time to deliver to my address, everything is packaged really well. All my good are protected. Paysable really cares about their customers. With Paysable getting popular, fees are increasing but it's understandable. Paysable is a great proxy service, I wish the company well in 2022. One thing that would be cool, and I'll be willing to pay for this service, is photo confirmation? Like before I request for delivery, I can pay the option for photo confirmation. But Yea, I hope this review helps new customers.

I've never had any problem with payment and the P.O. box services, but the delivery service needs improvement, mostly in the waiting time for estimating shipping fee. I've been waiting about 2 weeks. Last time I requested a box, it took only about 2 or 3 working days, so I'm afraid something is happening. Please check your procedures.

The service in general is good, but it is necessary to improve several aspects, such as the waiting time of the arrived package, detailing the processing fee and being able to pay directly with a credit card.

I love everything about paysable so far. The customer service center are very polite and nice, and they reply really fast. The shipping quote is estimates very quickly as well even when i dont ask for the one day shipping quote, for example. They are quick and i love the service.
The only thing i wanted was that my package weren't removed from it's original package before sending out, like, I buy with sellers and they put the proper protection but the team takes it out once its arrived at the warehouse :(( Also showing the weight of the packages would be really helpful.
